Mild onion flavour, medium-thick leaves and a beautiful, deep, blue-green colour.

Use the leaves in soups and salads or add them to vinaigrette and potato salad. Mix with parsley, tarragon and chervil for fines herbes or herb butter. Use edible flowers to decorate salads.
